2020 Census in New Mexico
The 2020 Census is critical to New Mexico, a state that relies on federal funding to a greater degree than most others, and where there are more “hard to reach” areas than just about anywhere else in the nation. The Center for Social Policy has therefore assembled the following resources drawing from the latest research that can help inform outreach efforts here in New Mexico. This includes analysis of the state-wide New Mexico Census Outreach Survey (see links below) specific to the Native American and African American communities that you can find here:
